The Interurban Neurosurgical Society, now celebrating its 81st anniversary, welcomes your company to exhibit with us at our annual meeting!
This one-day meeting is jointly provided by Carle Health. It is an AMA/PRA CME Category 1 educational conference, attended by approximately 160 neurosurgeons, residents and nurse practitioners from primarily the mid-west region. The exhibitor’s fee paid to Interurban is NOT an educational grant. All monies are applied strictly to the meeting, particularly speaker’s travel expense. Act soon as we have space for only 20 tables.

Exhibit times: 8:00 am – 8:55 am; AM and PM Coffee breaks; Lunch
Storage: The University Club is a private club with limited storage, and therefore unable to accept your shipment ANY EARLIER THAN Thursday, March 18. Mark your shipment, “Interurban Meeting’. There will not be anyone onsite who can accept your shipment or unload crates - please make your own arrangements to receive. Anything that is on a pallet or heavy equipment must be unloaded by a third party and moved into the Club as well as moved out and onto the trucks after the event.
Set-Up Time: 6:30 am [morning of meeting], Friday, March 19, 2027. Again, make arrangements for large shipments to be received on Thursday, March 18. Equipment must be broken down and removed by 6 pm on March 19.
Exhibit Fee: $3,000 [includes breakfast, lunch and meeting registration for up to 3 individuals.] Each exhibitor is entitled to one table, 6 ft x 30 inches with 2 chairs and 1 power strip (additional power strips will be available for $50 ea.). You will receive a roster of attendees; a flyer with your company’s logo will be distributed to all attendees; the welcome power point will include your company’s name and logo.
We respectfully ask that you please divide your representatives between the AM and PM sessions to accommodate spacing at the University Club. Space permitting, feel free to sit in on any of the sessions.
Payment can be made by check, credit card or ACH on or before January 22, 2027
